My First Interview

I was interviewed by the Lancaster New Era regarding the Norton book deal. That can be read online here.

Please note that due to miscommunication the first and second place winners of the Hint Fiction Contest were listed incorrectly (depending on when you’re seeing this, the online edition may have been changed already). Gary Braunbeck’s “House Hunting” won first place, while Donora Hillard’s “Departure” won second place. Their stories can be read here.

Also, before anyone gets on my case, I did take GenEd writing classes in college, but no creative writing classes. Thank you.

Thanks for getting me to change my blog roll. Doing it was just south of my peripheral.

hey you! Great interview. So cool and a nice pic. Think, though, you should be holding a 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 sticky note in your hand.

Great interview, I’m glad the first thing mentioned was Hemingway.

It’s not trivial for people new in the business to act professional, but you pull it off so well.

Great interview, Robert! I was already proud to be included in this anthology, but then to see that Joyce Carol Oates submitted work to THE SAME ANTHOLOGY?! I am now beyond proud. Thanks again, Robert (and Gay, too, of course!) :)

The excitement builds! Great interview. Once you know the date it will be open to the public this summer, I’d certainly announce it on my blog again. I will probably write an update before then and link to your website and interview.
    Keep up the good work!
    Best,
    Kathy
