Finished the book the other day, and quite enjoyed it. If I have a critique, the end was slightly anti-climactic for me, but this is coming from someone who likes more explanation than you would generally rather give, so take it with a grain of... well, you know. I thought you did a good job making the characters emotional responses believable, especially considering the circumstances.
