I guess it was inevitable that this movie would get made. And of course it just has to be in 3-D! Because, you know, it’s become an industry requirement to make all crappy movies 3-D.

    I saw the preview for this movie in the theaters awhile back and I didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. I must be getting really old – I played with Smurfs figures, watched the cartoon. I can still tell you the name of the bad guy and his cat…but I won’t. That would be too sad.

    You know what got optioned? Magic 8 Ball. From some toy company. No shit. Magic 8 Ball. Soon Hollywood will be so bereft of material that they will start optioning heartworm medications and cutlery.
